IN A NUTSHELL
This Acer work was part of a larger initiative for the company to adopt Human Centered Design. But, how do you communicate that commitment to your customers? You rethink how you launch products. The first of many, this product video changed how Acer shared its new touchscreen device with a focus on the user benefits. After a successful launch, we created additional product videos and eventually developed a character bible to be used as a briefing tool for agencies to use in future communications.
